Important Information for Our Clients
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We welcome both walk-in clients and advance bookings. If you have an appointment, we kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure we can provide you with the full service you've booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, so please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to modify your service to fit within the remaining time, or reschedule you for another available slot. This ensures that all clients receive the full attention and time they deserve.
Hygiene & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow strict hygiene protocols in our salon, including sterilising all reusable tools between clients, using fresh disposable materials (files, buffers, toe separators), and maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
If you have any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment, please inform your technician before the service begins. We want to ensure your experience is both safe and enjoyable.
Payment Policy
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS). Payment is due at the time of service. Gift vouchers are available for purchase and make a wonderful present for friends and family.
Children & Accompaniment
Children are welcome in our salon when accompanied by a parent or guardian. For safety reasons, we ask that children remain seated and supervised at all times. We offer kids' manicure and pedicure services for our younger clients!
